14 October | Casa Martini Experience | TC 4-11

As part of the TC 4-11 activities, following the Division 4 Technical Meetings, an evening event will be held at the iconic Casa Martini—Turin’s historic distillery, founded in 1863 and celebrated worldwide.

Participants will enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the production facility and museum, discovering the heritage and craftsmanship behind one of the world’s most renowned names. The experience will continue with a Vermouth Masterclass, where they will explore the fascinating art of Vermouth and Martini creation.

Led by an expert Martini Ambassador, they will uncover the secrets behind every bottle—from the selection of aromatic herbs to the delicate blending of wines—starting with a tasting of the pure product to appreciate its fine balance of flavors.
The highlight of the evening will be the chance to create a personalized blend using cylinders, pipettes, herbal extracts, and spirits, crafting a unique bottle to take home as a special souvenir. The event will conclude with a convivial dinner.

Participation fee: €60

Information: The fee covers the full evening program, including a private bus from INRiM after the meetings to Casa Martini, arriving around 6:30 PM. The visit includes the production facility, the museum, a Vermouth Masterclass, and dinner. A private bus will then take guests back from Casa Martini to Piazza Carlo Felice (Porta Nuova Station), with arrival expected at around 11:00 PM.

Important: Closed-toe, low-heeled shoes are required to visit the production facility (no sandals or high heels).
